In which currency are the prices?
All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). On this page you can display them in EUR, USD, GBP, AUD or SGD with an up-to-date conversion rate, and print the grid.
What is included in the SSI course prices?
The instructor, certification, online learning materials, full equipment and boat trips (for the 3-star area). All our course prices are inclusive of tax.
Is Tabari an official SSI dive center?
Yes: Tabari Dive Lodge is an SSI-registered dive center, number 741212, verifiable in the official SSI directory (divessi.com). All the courses listed, from the Try Scuba introduction to Advanced Open Water, are taught on site.
How does pre-booking work?
Fill in the pre-booking form (dates, number of guests, divers and level) and we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm availability and details.
What is the ideal length of stay?
Count on one week minimum — our packages run from 7 to 21 nights. That is the time it takes to enjoy the sites around Merpati.
How do I pay for my stay?
A deposit is required at booking. On site, payment is by Wise, Revolut or cash, in Indonesian rupiah or euros.
Are there extra costs I should plan for?
The Raja Ampat Marine Park permit (about IDR 1,000,000 per person, valid one year), dive equipment rental if needed, excursions, and the Waisai–Merpati speedboat transfer (a boat fee shared between passengers). Flights to Sorong and the ferry to Waisai are booked separately.
