How do I get to Tabari Dive Lodge?

Fly to Jakarta, then take a direct domestic flight to Sorong in West Papua (about 4 hours, with Batik Air, Garuda Indonesia or Nam Air). From Sorong, a taxi takes you to the harbour (about IDR 100,000), then the ferry to Waisai takes about 2 hours. In Waisai, we pick you up by speedboat.

Do you pick up guests in Waisai?

Yes. Once you arrive at Waisai harbour, our team picks you up by speedboat and brings you straight to Merpati Island. The transfer is not included in the stay: it is a boat fee shared between passengers.

Do I need a visa or permit for Raja Ampat?

Besides Indonesia's usual entry requirements, every visitor must buy the Raja Ampat Marine Park entry permit, about IDR 1,000,000 per person, valid for one year.
